Right of Admission
Qualitas reserves the right of admission and may refuse entry or service at its discretion.

Application Processing
Qualitas shall not be held responsible for the duration of applications relating to serial numbers and certificates. Processing times are subject to external authorities and administrative procedures.

Submission Responsibility
Qualitas undertakes to submit all required documentation within the prescribed timeframes, provided that all necessary information and materials have been supplied by the applicant.

Collection and Delivery of Certificates
Qualitas does not arrange courier services for the collection or delivery of certificates. All certificates must be collected in person from our offices to ensure accurate record-keeping and verification procedures.

Late Arrival for Trade Tests
Candidates who arrive late for a scheduled trade test will be required to reschedule and repay the applicable fees. All previous bookings and payments will be forfeited.

Absenteeism
Failure to attend a scheduled trade test or ARPL assessment without a valid medical certificate or verified emergency documentation will result in rescheduling and repayment. In such cases, the candidate will be issued with a Trade Test Report marked “Absent.”

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Candidates must wear the prescribed Personal Protective Equipment at all times. Failure to comply will result in refusal of service.

Liability and Personal Property
Qualitas shall not be held liable for any theft, loss, damage, injury, or harm to persons or property while on the premises.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for any services paid for, whether rendered or not. Clients are advised to refer to the company’s Refund Policy for further details.
