All sales are final and not eligible for refund. In the event of extreme circumstances, Qualitas management will, upon its discretion, make a decision regarding a refund. If a client decides to shorten the duration of required service after payment has been made,  a credit note will be issued.

Please note, this excludes trade test preparation/gap closure training as this duration is based on the outcome of the ARPL assessment and should, as such, be adhered to.
