All sales are final and not eligible for refund. In the event of extreme circumstances, Qualitas management will, upon its discretion, make a decision regarding a refund should the request be made within a month of payment reflecting. 

Due to the nature of the ARPL assessment, clients cannot choose the duration of training as this will be determined by the outcome of the ARPL assessment.

The pricing schedule and packages shown for the ARPL and trade test provide an indication of what the total invoice could look like and do not act as an option due to the nature of the ARPL assessment.

The registration fee is applicable for any of the services being rendered and is non-refundable even if a client decides not to continue with any of the services.

Should you start the ARPL and trade test process and decide to not continue with the service but have already made payment, you will be issued with a credit note.
